Create a Dynamic Group Oflline license

I'm having trouble finding an expression to create dynamic groups from a computer using an offline license. Is there any info on how to create dynamic groups for offline licensing.

Hello, I am checking with one of our developers, however on the first sight it seems that selecting just clients that are activated by an offline license is not possible.
