obee 2 Posted March 24, 2021 Share Posted March 24, 2021 Hello, I have an EP here, and i see the trace.log showing this Error: NetworkModule [Thread 7fca81585700]: Receive: NodSslWriteEncryptedData: Internal error in the underlying implementations., ResolvedIpAddress:x.x.x.x, ResolvedHostname:x.x.x.x, ResolvedPort:57112 Error: NetworkModule [Thread 7fca81585700]: Protocol failure for session id 6110, error:Receive: NodSslWriteEncryptedData: Internal error in the underlying implementations. has anyone experienced something similar? this error indicates whats wrong with the EP? thank you in advanced Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
ESET Staff MartinK 383 Posted March 24, 2021 ESET Staff Share Posted March 24, 2021 There seems to be some issue with TLS communication, most probably related to certificates - but it is not clear from provided logs. Any chance there are some client that are not able to connect? As an hint, IP addresses from logs can be used. Could you possibly check logs/ status.html logs on such clients?
