ESET PROJECT 8.0.1258.0 cannot run client tasks

When I enter the ESET webconsole today, I found the computers' "LAST CONNETED" all is seven days ago . And then I test  if I can start a New task(like run command) in any client and set the trigger ASAP, I failed , and it becomes "Excution is planned on 1 computers".So I check the status.html and trace.log as follows:

There are lots of "LoadClientTask: Client task with uuid xxxxxxxxxxxx does not exist" in the log ,  But I clear all the tasks in ESET and it still report the error. I have no idea if the error is the reason why I cannot connect to the clients.

Any suggestion I really appriciate.

The last connected time must update when clients connect to the ESET PROTECT server. If that's not the case, there must be a problem with communication which must be logged in C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Logs\status.html on troublesome clients.

It cannot happen that the status report doesn't show any error and at the same time the last connected time is not updated on the server.

I would recommend to open support ticket so that more details can be asked/provided. In this case it seems there is some kind of database corruption in EP database, resulting in state when client(s) are not able to fetch updates of "management objects". This does not happen very often and there is no generic mechanisms how to resolve, thus further analysis will be required.
