Trojan.dropper.hnk in What'sapp

It never happened before, I haven't got any message, just suddenly I have gotten this from ESET.

Now when I went to files/android/obb there is this blue warning:

The contents of this folder will no longer be available due to system restrictions introduced in Android R. Please remove your personal files from this folder as soon as possible.

Have I lost all personal data?
Or is it false positive?

Can someone help me?

If you uninstalled Whatsapp after being detected, data will be synced with cloud once you reinstall it and log in.
