Terrible, why not say nonexistent service in Brazil

First sorry for the bad English, I do not speak the language I use a translator. I opened a ticket 8 days ago with the ticket number ## RE-650087 ##, 3 days ago after contacting Microsoft twice, and they saying that ESET should be uninstalled, again I answered the person who answered me from ESET, that Microsoft's guidance would be this, to solve W10 update problem. The technician who attended to me, very rude staff, does not answer my requests, I believe I am unprepared to work in this area, or ESET has a lot of money to keep employees in this role. Anyway, I'm going to uninstall ESET since I didn't get any technical support from the company, and I'm going to keep the W10's native antivirus system, so I save money on subscription renewals. I just wanted to express my indignation at the company's headquarters, since here in Brazil, it seems that no one can solve the problem.
