The installation wizard won't allow me to enter a state name in the state field!

I bought Es/ET with my new computer and can't install it! The stupid install wizard won't allow me to enter a US state name in the required field and thus won't install even though I have the installation code!

Think it's to do with microcentre.

Please provide a screen shot. As Peteyt wrote, it has probably something to do with Microcenter and not directly with the ESET product.
