ESET Network attack protection (IDS) is non-functional

Why do I get this alert on several computers each day?  A reboot usually clears it up but we can't interrupt the users each time it appears.

Similarly, such messages are also released daily on users' PCs, after switching to version 8

Please carry on as follows:
- enable advanced network protection logging in the advanced setup -> tools -> diagnostics
- reboot the computer
- disable logging
- in the advanced setup -> tools -> diagnostics click Create to generate a dump of ekrn
- collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here.
