Administrators Marcos 5,281 Posted March 23, 2021 Administrators Share Posted March 23, 2021 Please carry on as follows: - enable advanced network protection logging in the advanced setup -> tools -> diagnostics - reboot the computer - disable logging - in the advanced setup -> tools -> diagnostics click Create to generate a dump of ekrn - collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here.
