Localization MDM problem

Hi,

I have a problem with MDM functionality. Almost all the time, when I'm starting task to determine location of mobile device it shows me a 

Szer. geogr: 0°0′0″ N, Dł. geogr.: 0°0′0″ E

 

ESET PROTECT (Server), Wersja 8.0 (8.0.2225.0)
ESET PROTECT (Konsola internetowa), Wersja 8.0 (8.0.191.0)

CentOS (64-bit), wersja 7.9.2009
