Anoet 0
The following virus is only deleted but not removed: JS/TrojanDownloader.Iframe.NKE Any suggestions why the software only deletes it every 2 minutes and not remove/detain it ? Administrators Marcos 4,718 Posted March 12, 2021 Administrators Share Posted March 12, 2021 The detection occurred on an existing file. Does the file remain on the disk after you get a message from ESET that it has been cleaned?
Anoet 0
Real time scan keeps on deleting it every 2 minutes. I did upgrade ESET to Big Sur just now and it seems to be gone.
Administrators Marcos 4,718 Posted March 12, 2021 Administrators Share Posted March 12, 2021 You should check logs for more information about the detection and application which created or accessed the detected file. I assume that Outlook creates the temporary file when you receive or read a particular infected email. A solution would be to delete the email.
