How to purchase additional units for existing license

Hello,

I purchased an 8-unit license for Endpoint/Cloud last year. I've used all 8 units. I'd like to purchase a couple of more units. I don't see how I can do this. From what I can tell, I can use the website to purchase a brand new license of 5 units (that will expire at on a different date than the existing license). I do not want to do that. I'd like to add more units to the existing license.

When I looked at other posts at the forum, the only response I saw was to contact my regional sales representative. But I didn't purchase the license through a sales rep. I purchased directly from the ESET website, and I'd like to just be able to upgrade from the website. It seems bizarre that I can't really give ESET more money. Is this not possible?

Since you are from the USA, you got the license from ESET LLC.
