I can't enter State in the Installation and Activation popup

Recommended Posts

I have fully installed ESET Internet Security (version 14.0.22.0) and I have entered the license through the Change license button and the Activate button. But every time I start my computer, I still get an Installation and Activation popup to enter my name and address. The problem is, after entering United States for country, the State combo box does not contain any States to choose from. Since State is a required field, I can't complete the Installation and Activation.

It is so annoying to have to close the window every time I log into my computer. Please help me.

Can I ask where you purchased the license - I'm sure I've seen this problem posted on here before, and something makes me think it was from people who had purchased Eset via Micro Center, but I could be wrong

The problem here is MicroCenter has a separate registration process process noted here: https://community.microcenter.com/discussion/2997/how-to-activate-and-install-eset-antivirus-trial-on-your-powerspec-computer . They require entry of the following information which is not required when purchasing a license directly from Eset.

If the State drop down box doesn't allow for state code selection, you will have to contact MicroCenter tech support for assistance in resolving this
