ESET Online Scan- How to choose PUA Detection without PUA quarantine?

 

I can only choose between  a)  PUA detection AND quarantine and b) NO PUA detection and NO quarantine.

Is there a possibility to use PUA detection without quarantine? It would be the much better way on critical live systems!

Hoping to get a hint

You can either:
1, Run a disk scan with cleaning disabled and PUA enabled. When a threat is found, delete it manually.
2, Run 2 scans, one with PUA detection disabled and cleaning enabled and then the other scan with PUA enabled and cleaning disabled.
