Anti-theft optimisation warning

I keep getting a notification saying I need to fix the Anti-theft optimisation warning on my laptop.  However as soon as I click on Check Again it goes green ... for a few minutes.  After that the warning message returns.  How can I stop this circular behaviour please?

Please open a support ticket with your local ESET distributor. Screen shots, information about the device and your my.eset.com account will be needed.

Since you are not registered in our forum, we don't know what country you are from. You can go to www.eset.com and then select your country.
