I am using firefox version 30 as my web browser. I am not using the "private browsing mode".

The firewall is a windows firewall.

the operating system is windows 7.

I am trying to purchase the  eset antivirus program.

I go to the eset website: hxxp://www.eset.com/us/

I select the ESET nod32 antivirus and then I am directed to the following page: hxxp://www.eset.com/us/home/products/antivirus/

I select the one year subscription and then hit the "add to cart"

I am then redirected to the home page again: hxxp://www.eset.com/us/

I have tried thsi several times and always the same result.

Can anyone suggest what is keeping me from getting to the cart on the web site?

Hello

Clear your cache and history with Firefox and try again.

If still no go,

Have you tried using another browser temporarily to rule out the "new firefox version"

Try chrome which comes with flash and java embedded among other extensions.

I do recommend switching back to Firefox or IE after you're done.

Awww what's wrong with Chrome, @Arakasi? :) haha

@dagwood5454 please let us know if clearing cache/cookies/history works for you or not.

EDIT: I've already made our web team aware of this and they are looking into it as I type this.

Thanks

Haha I look forward to Arakasi's answer regarding Chrome because I don't use Chrome either  :D

In any case, this "cart" issue can not be tested by everyone, I tested yesterday and when I click on "add to cart" I was redirected over to my local distributor website as expected.  :)

I have three computers and all behave the same way.  All are windows 7.

Also, I have tried IE but I have not tried Chrome. It acts the same on IE as it does on firefox.

One of the first things I tried was clearing my cache/cookie/history and that made no difference.

This is the only site I appear to have a problem with.

Right.  Well, let's see what the web team has to say when they are done investigating.  :)
