Excessive malicious categorization

I have Parental Controls on my son's PC and it can be a bit excessive to manage. Especially since it classifies everything as malicious.

microsoft.com - Malicious - Blocked
bing.com - Malicious - Blocked
spotify.com - Malicious - Blocked
live.com - Malicious - Blocked
roblox.com - Malicious - Blocked
xbox.com - Malicious - Blocked
gstatic.com - Malicious - Blocked
digicert.com - Malicious - Blocked

c'mon, this is getting ridiculous.  I can't keep adding every site as an exception.  Why would it be so aggressively categorizing things as malicious.

You have posted in a wrong forum so we don't know if you are using a home or business ESET product.

Anyways, I was unable to reproduce the issue and getting correct classification in the product:

hxxp://xbox.com;Category: Hobbies & Interests

Should you still have the issue, please carry on as follows:
- enable advanced parental/web control logging in the advanced setup -> tools -> diagnostics
- reproduce the issue
- disable logging
- collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here.

I can confirm, we had the same issue. We are using Eset Endpoint Security 8.0.2028 Business. Web Control / Phish/Fraud category rule blocked some corporate and some public websites. Currently I cannot reproduce the issue.

It is said there was an issue with website categorization at ~3-4 AM CET caused by a failure at the url categorization provider. That's why I could not reproduce it earlier today.

Thanks Marcos.  Has ESET released any official notification about this yet? I haven't heard back from technical support and we disabled the affected category for the entire company last night because it was blocking our corporate timesheet application.  We would like confirmation from ESET that the issue is resolved before re-enabling it.
