ESET Browser plugin for firefox

The password manager is not recognizing my username and or password every time I install it and try to use it with Firefox.

I know my info is correct. I've logged in to the website and checked and made sure I have all options for the ESET program activated.

I created a password store for my email.

when I install the add-on it will not let me log in to set it up or even use it.

PLEASE HELP.

The documentation says that the 64 bits of Firefox is not supported [PT].

I do not know this is Your case. Although the documentation in English does not mention this

issue, the documentation in Portuguese does, for the same Knowledge Base kb6181:

I was unable to find this info anywhere. Moreover, I've been using the PWM on Firefox x64 without issues.

Thanks for the heads-up, it looks like a bug in the PT help. Reported to the appropriate staff, should be fixed / removed soon.
