Guest Sandy Posted February 19 Share Posted February 19 My Banking and Payment Protection program won't open. I have checked everything on ESET settings and it all looks in order. The only thing I could find is the program is compatible with Windows 8 which shouldn't be a problem. Windows 10 is fully updated. The only thing I can think of is my browser. I am using only Dissenter and Tor browsers now. Does this present a problem? Quote Link to post
Administrators Marcos 3,634 Posted February 19 Administrators Share Posted February 19 I would recommend opening a support ticket with your local ESET distributor and providing logs collected with ESET Log Collector for a start. Also we'll need to know what browser/version you use and if a secure browser opens after clicking the BPP icon on the desktop. Quote Link to post
