Major Problem

Hi I own an ESET antivirus(Internet Security) on my windows10 laptop and it used to work with a free trial but I just bought a License key and after activating it it gives an error about Firewall being disabled and I see the same error in windows security; However these could not be found before activation.

I even tried out some methods explained on the internet.

You have posted in the NOD32 Antivirus forum but mentioned a firewall which is a part of ESET Internet Security and ESET Smart Security premium only.

Please provide logs collected with ESET Log Collector for a start.
