ESET Staff MichalJ 434 Posted February 10, 2021 ESET Staff Share Posted February 10, 2021 Hello, your backup codes should have been e-mailed to you once you have activated 2FA for EBA. You will have to contact ESET Support, verify the account ownership, and from there we might be able to help you (like disable the FA via impersonation).
