Administrators Marcos 4,694 Posted February 10, 2021 Administrators Share Posted February 10, 2021 We urge you to upgrade to ESET PROTECT or ESMC 7.2 at least. According to https://support.eset.com/en/kb3592, ERA 6.5 has already reached EOL, it is not supported and doesn't provide full functionality to control Endpoint v8. ESMC 7.2 is in limited support which means: It is generally limited to Technical Support and Development Support, which is limited to bug fixing so there is no support for new operating system versions. Administrators Marcos 4,694 Posted February 12, 2021 Administrators Share Posted February 12, 2021 In order to upgrade ERA to ESET PROTECT, backup the db and export CA and peer certificates. Then run the ESET PROTECT AiO installer so that all components are upgraded. For more information, please read https://support.eset.com/en/kb7702. Also please read notes intended for upgrade from ERA 6.5:https://help.eset.com/protect_admin/80/en-US/?steps_after_migration.html
