In automatic mode the firewall blocks any non-initiated inbound communication so you must have a custom permissive rule in place that will allow it. For instance, you can run the firewall troubleshooting wizard to unblock the desired recently blocked communication.

Couldn't it be that you already have a block rule already created? Have you tried running the firewall troubleshooting wizard and unblocking the communication through it?

First, verify that you have properly set up your router to perform Minecraft Server port forwarding properly. Below are a couple of references on how to do this.
