Anti-theft functions aren't working

The anti-theft "Device is missing" button does nothing same thing with the "Run a test". No warnings from the device either whatsoever. Am I doing something wrong here?

Unfortunately it is not clear what issue you have. I'd recommend creating a forum account and posting some screen shots for recommendation as well as opening a support ticket with your local ESET distributor.
