I accidentally ignored a threat

I use Eset for Android. Yesterday Eset detects a threat, but for some reason the app was working a little bit slow and it didn't open as quickly as usual, and when it finally respond i accidentally touch the alert for the threat, and i have no idea if i deleted it o ignored it, because the threat alert was still on the main screen of the app. I deleted the eset app and installed again, i also bought a license for one month but i don't know if the threat is still there. Please can someone help me?

If you've run a scan and no threat is found the threat was most likely blocked.
