Unblock error - ESET Endpoint Security Version 8.0.2

We use ESMC.

We are having an issue removing blocked local IP addresses.

Error: "Unblock error - There was an error processing your request"

Product: ESET Endpoint Security.

Endpoint Version: 8.0.2028.0

Agent version: 8.0.1238.0

 

Please advise what the problem is?
