Dear @Peter Randziak

I would like to join the beta test for ESET Home on Windows ARM64.

FYI: A customer reported he cannot boot Windows after installing Windows Update KB5001337

He had installed Beta EAS ARM 14.1.15.0, happened on 3 pcs

If he uninstalls beta he can update Windows normally.

How to boot attempt ends up i.e. what is the error?

Or does it end up with a BSOD?

We would like to check that for sure.

Peter

our QA attempted to reproduce the issue, but they were not successful 😞.

Please provide us with output from ESET Log Collector from the affected machine and also let us know how is the Secure boot configured so we can investigate it further.

Thank you, Peter

Hello @Georges Nagaoka,

the version should update automatically via the in-product-upgrade.

The product checks from new version once a day, check can by manually forced by opening the ESET GUI -> Update -> Check for updates. Once the update is prepared, system reboot is required to apply it.

I'm curious how much the bugs have been fixed and how the performance has improved.

Have you encountered any issues with the 14.1.12.0, if I may ask?

Can you please check and let us know, if you have 14.1.15.0 version already installed and if not, if it's offered for an upgrade?

Thank you, Peter
