Some ESET Remote Managements Not Reporting to ESET Protect

Hi All,

hope you can help me. I have the following issue happening in a costumer and can't figure out why... Below is a picture of what seems to be the problem:

Could you possibly attach also trace.log from problematic client? Status log does not provide enough details, but it indicates network related problem. Most common issue we have seen recently is that AGENT is not able to resolve DNS name of ESMC/ESET PROTECT where it is connecting - could you please verify manually on problematic device that used hostname (as visible on screenshot) can be resolved?
