Status log does not provide enough details, but it indicates network related problem. Most common issue we have seen recently is that AGENT is not able to resolve DNS name of ESMC/ESET PROTECT where it is connecting - could you please verify manually on problematic device that used hostname (as visible on screenshot) can be resolved?
