Modules update failed: Product is not activated

Hi,

I have bought a new laptop and wanted to install the ESET. After entering license key it was not intalled properply. On the screen Home, there is Initializing protection running (withount an end) and on the window Update I get an error - Modules update failed, Product is not activated

Please elaborate more on the issue. What product are you installing? Did you download and run the live installer from ESET's website? For how long have you waited for activation to complete? Do you use a firewall that might possibly block the communication with activation servers? Do you have another security server installed besides ESET?

If you click Change license on the Help and support panel and re-try activation, does the issue persist?
