If you are getting BSOD after installing ESET, please carry on as follows:
- configure Windows to generate complete memory dumps as per https://support.eset.com/en/kb380
- reboot the machine
- reproduce BSOD
- compress the memory dump, open a support ticket with your local ESET distributor and convey the dump for perusal along with logs collected with ESET Log Collector.

Besides you can also upload the compressed dump to a safe location and drop me a pm with a download link.

unless the user is trying to cause our devices to blue screen, this bug is not related to ESET and it's something about the Windows OS only.

Marcos see this

the Windows bug will blue screen if the user tries to access the above destination on his pc.
MS is aware of that.

I oppose your point of view. Although this is a vulnerability in the operating system, Microsoft has not released any patches in a short period of time, which means that users have risks. However, anti-virus software can completely protect users by intercepting this risk of accessing through browsers.
