And I go to Setup > Advanced Setup > Web And Email > Web Access Protection > URL ADDRESS MANAGEMENT > Address List > Edit > Select List of addresses excluded from content scan and then click Edit > Click Add in the Edit list window > Add > Type `*eset.com*`. > OK > OK > OK > OK > OK. But I see this Web site blocked. Please help

Access to the website was blocked because it falls under a category blocked by Parental Control.

Unblock the appropriate category or create an exclusion for the domain in the Parental Control setup.

If you have no need for the parental control option in Eset; e.g. no children use this computer, etc., disable the option per the below screen shot. Note that this option is not enabled by default. Disabling the parental control option will eliminate the need to create any Eset web site exclusions in this regard.
