ESET Staff MichalJ 375 Posted January 11 ESET Staff Share Posted January 11 Hello, You have to execute either a component upgrade task, targeted to the machine where your ESET PROTECT Server / Console is installed. If that would not work, alternatively download an all in one installer, and try to execute it manually. It should update the webconsole as well.
sanlucas 0
Hi MichalJ, run the task on the server: Security Management Center Components Upgrade but he stays in running and does not change never manually run an all in one on a centos server. I don't have the option to do it for linux, only executables for windows. How is it done?
ESET Staff MartinK 331 Posted January 11 ESET Staff Share Posted January 11 Could you please provide more details of your environment? Are you using appliance provided by ESET, or is it your custom linux environment? Also please provide more details of how you ended in a state when console has different version than server - have you actually executed in-product upgrade?
