anjayani 2
hello, can we generate report for information about what time or when the endpoint/agent have been installed on user computer? thx in advance
Administrators Marcos 4,935 Posted January 11, 2021 Administrators Share Posted January 11, 2021 This is not supported probably because the install date is not stored about all applications under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall. anjayani 2
any plan about adding this information in the future? because some eset user might need it for audit reason. installed date, uninstalled date, or reinstall date / applicaton history would be good informastion. thx marcos,

As I wrote, this information is not available on clients in the above mentioned registry key. I assume this is also the reason why it's not possible to have this info in reports. @MartinKmay correct me.

Install date is most probably not reported as it was not required, and this specific reports is one of the largest so it makes no sense to report data. But regardless of that, I do not think that just this date would resolve original request. More suitable would be to remotely collect also audit logs as generated by ESET security product locally. It might be partially remediated by collecting so called "event logs" (which is possible even now in management consoles) but that would probably not provide all details.
