OrlandoErnest 0
After updating from NOD32 Antivirus 13 to 14, folder or file cannot be opened of one of my HDDs (not system drive). Symptoms: the contents of HDD's root folder is visible, but if i try to open one of the folder/file, the window does not respond (Windows 7 spinning blue circle in explorer on window of this HDD). Theres is NO problem with HDD. It works perfectly in Windows Safe Mode or after uninstalling NOD32 v14, and with all older NOD32 versions. Windows 7 ultimate 64bit, NOD32 v14.0.21/22 Trial. (Works now without problem with v13.2.18 Trial.)
Administrators Marcos 3,596 Posted January 5 Administrators Share Posted January 5 It's unlikely that upgrade to a newer version would cause it. Does the issue go away after uninstalling ESET and returns after installing v14?
