Golden Group Holding 0 Posted December 23, 2020 Share Posted December 23, 2020 Hi, After upgrading from version 7.0 to 8.0, our network desktops and laptops are very slow, what are the options that ESET would like to recommend for us to deactivate services in real-time or any other option that allows our system to run as before smoothly.. Should the problem persist, does pausing real-time protection make a difference? For investigation we'll need you to: - enable advanced operating system logging (adv. setup -> toools -> diagnostics) - reproduce the issue - after 1-2 minutes disable adv. OS logging - collect logs with ESET Log Collector - upload the generated archive to a safe location and drop me a personal message with a download link.
