Synchronizing logs to eset cloud protect

Hello we are currently evaluating eset cloud protect.

We have problem with seeing logs from hosts in the cloud protect console.

Our problem is pretty much similar to this: https://forum.eset.com/topic/22560-cloud-administrator-diagnostic-logs-are-empty

Were you able to resolve this problem?

What logs are you referring to? If the eicar test file is detected on a client with Endpoint, the alert won't appear in the Detections panel in the ESET PROTECT web console?

logs from the host... pretty much any logs from host that are connected to cloud protect.

 

please see the thread i have given in the description of issue.

I was able to get to the logs by running Log collection tasks. I originally thought that logs are pushed to cloud protect by default from the hosts,  but that was wrong assumption.
It is needed to inititate log collection from the cloud protect host.
