Administrators Marcos 5,735 Posted December 22, 2020 Administrators Posted December 22, 2020 What logs are you referring to? If the eicar test file is detected on a client with Endpoint, the alert won't appear in the Detections panel in the ESET PROTECT web console?

Solution Simon Obetko 0 Posted December 22, 2020 Author Solution Posted December 22, 2020 I was able to get to the logs by running Log collection tasks. I originally thought that logs are pushed to cloud protect by default from the hosts, but that was wrong assumption. It is needed to inititate log collection from the cloud protect host.
