E-Mail Notifications not working after change from Cloud Admin to Protect Cloud

Hello,

Mail notifications no longer work after the changeover. For none of our customers. Has anyone else noticed this problem?

Hello @SvenS, this information was not known to our devs / operations team. I have forwarded the message to them. Can you please describe, how are those notifications configured? Also, provide at least some of the EPC instance IDs, so we can double check their health? Is everything else working OK?
