Could you please also describe your environment: version of operating system, type of database as currently installed. Any chance you tried to upgrade database server manually? Version of operating system: Microsoft Windows Server 2016 Standard (64-bit), Version 10.0.14393.3930 Type of database as currently installed: Microsoft SQL Server 2014 (SP3) (KB4022619) Express Edition (64-bit) 12.0.6024.0 Quote Any chance you tried to upgrade database server manually?
