Can't add addition licenses in MSP console

I need to add more licenses to an account but it has an active refresh icon (since last week I guess). Also, when I go to the Activated units page, it has the same icon. Any ideas how to get it to stop so I can add more licenses?

Hello LesRMed,

this is rare known issues. To fix this on you side try to reload the ESET MSP Administrator portal without cache (Ctrl+F5). If this does not work, please follow this:

  1. Login to ESET MSP Administrator
  2. Press F12
  3. Go to Applications > Local Storage > https://msp.eset.com
  4. Delete the key PendingRequests
  5. Reload the ESET MSP Administrator portal (Ctrl+F5)

If this still does not work, please contact ESET Technical Support.

I just noticed that I still have the refresh icon going on the Activated units page. I looked for the the same key that @emilota gave me, but it's not there. Can anyone tell me how to get my activated listings back?

Hello @LesRMed as suggested by @emilota, we will have to investigate this info further. Please open a customer care ticket with ESET Support, and provide them information about your MSP company name in MSP Administrator, and also the particular sites / customers that are affected by this issue. We will have to look into it, as this is not a common error per our knowledge.
