hi,

I am having trouble  with my computer, I will need to factory reset it.

Was wondering if I could still use the same code and account, after I have done a reset on the same computer.

Yes, use the same license key for activation. I'd recommend removing the former seat via the license manager at my.eset.com to free up the unused seat if uninstallation of ESET was not possible.
