Problem with Eset Internet Security Anti-Theft feature

Every time I boot my Windows 10 laptop, I get a message saying Eset needs my attention and when I open it, it says anti-theft is not optimized.  I check my_Eset and it says I am fully optimized.  I click check again and it goes to a green check.  Sometimes, it will do this again in a few seconds and other times it is fine until the next restart.  Obviously, something is wrong but nothing seems to tell me what that might be.
