eset internet security can't access update, eset grid etc without vpn

it seems like eset server blocked my ip from accessing module update and eset grid,

We don't block IP addresses to prevent users from updating from there. Please enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Details for tech support, run update, disable logging and then collect logs with ESET Log Collector. When done, upload the generated archive here.

This is not a private IP address. IP address is perhaps your ISP's DNS server or the like:

What alert/error message/etc. are your receiving from Eset indicating this IP address connection is being blocked?
