3 Days of Protect Cloud not working properly! Can't log in or get logged out!

WHat is going on with you guys?

3 days of protect cloud messing up, I either cant log in or i get kicked out after 60 seconds or receive weird error messages.

Get your act together man, I paid a lot of money for apparently.

Still cant get Mac or most linux laptops working, even following instructions.

We should get some sort of rebate for this crappy service.

Please provide your ECA instance ID (Help -> About) so that we can check if there's something wrong with your ECA instance.

As for the issues with Mac, please create a new topic in the Endpoint forum with details about the issues.
