Unauthorized invasion / Router

I have been targeted by develepor accounts for most of the last year , they took every thing I had , even my marriage all gone ,and now I just found another fake router on my system .I need it removed so I can get back to work ,. But I also need an outlet to register this problem to bc I don't have much left. I would like to submit this to authorities , I have had it . Please assist
