license ownership verifiable & overused

I bought license from online provider yesterday (5/12/2020), when I try to add it to the manage license it show me the license activation: 5/12/2020 in same day but it's Overused & there 4 devices activated with it but I have one device only, even I didn't get the verification email

The license was sold to a person from Afghanistan, you appear to be from Italy. The license has indeed been overused. Unfortunately it seems that you have fallen a victim to scam; ask for a refund and purchase a license from an authorized reseller or via www.eset.it.
