Reyn 0 Posted December 5, 2020 Share Posted December 5, 2020 Hello all. I am currently running macOS Big Sur, version 11.01.1 and I am getting the new CyberSecurity Pro software will not fully load. ESET support was of no help via e-mail. I am getting the following message when attempting to install: 'An error occurred....blah, blah, blah....contact the software developer....cannot delete file /tmp/.esets_setup.dat:'....any ideas?
