Hello all.  I am currently running macOS Big Sur, version 11.01.1 and I am getting the new CyberSecurity Pro software will not fully load.  ESET support was of no help via e-mail.  I am getting the following message when attempting to install:  'An error occurred....blah, blah, blah....contact the software developer....cannot delete file /tmp/.esets_setup.dat:'....any ideas?  Thanks in advance and have a fantastic day

Does uninstalling ECS and installing the latest version from ESET's website make a difference? If not, please collect logs as per  https://support.eset.com/en/kb3404 and open a ticket with your local ESET support.
