How to permanently disable Hyper-V scanning ? Oracle DUMP is slower near 2 times.

Hello,

After upgrading ESET File Security from version 4.5 to 7.2 the Oracle database DUMP is near 2 times slower.

Before upgrading, the creation of DUMP file did take 1 hour 50 min, after the time is 2:40 hours.

Oracle is installed on Hyper-V VM with separated-dedicated network adapter (not shared with host in bridge mode, it is one of four network adapters built into motherboard). The DUMP file is about 36 GB.

The main visible difference is Hyper-V support. I want to permanently turn it off.

Host Operating System: Windows 2008R2 x64.

Guest Operating System: Windows 2008R2 x64 + Oracle 11g.

Eset File Security is installed on both machines.

Please open a ticket with your local ESET support and provide logs created as follows:
- enable advanced oper. system logging in the adv. setup -> tools -> diagnostics
- reproduce the issue (do not keep logging for more than 5 minutes)
- disable logging
- collect logs with ESET Log Collector.
