Protocol filtering warning after agent and FS upgrade

Hello,

 

We are in the process of upgrading the agent and File Security software on a number of our servers, and have come across two that are throwing up a warning that protocol filtering is disabled. I should add that these two did NOT have AV installed, so this was a clean install of the agent (v7.2), which then installed File Security (v7.2). These options in the File Security GUI are greyed out (managed by the Remote Administrator), and it seems strange that these two servers have this problem. One server is running 2016, and the other 2012 R2. I rebooted the 2016 server in the hope that might resolve the problem, but it did not.

 

Hopefully someone might be able to shed a bit of light on this, as we are keen to get everything into the green! I've read several posts in this forum, but nothing has really offered a solution as such.
