ESET main GUI application is not running

i used to use ESET internet security product on my computer. i have renewed my license today with new license. when i clicked on "Run as administrator" , the ESET main GUI application is not running. please help me asap.

Eguiproxy.exe should start automatically with Windows. To start off please provide logs collected with ESET Log Collector.
