You have posted in a wrong forum. What ESET product do you have? Please provide a dump of ekrn as follows:
- in the advanced setup -> tools -> diagnostics click Create
- collect logs with ESET Log Collector
- upload the generated archive to a safe location
- drop me a personal message with a download link.
