Does ESET Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange Server also  offer realtime protection on the server?, Should I install ESET Endpoint Product additionally?

Exchange protection includes real-time for all files !!

ESET Mail Security provides real-time time protection of server as well. It's basically ESET File Security coupled with an Exchange scanner.
